How do credits work?

Each credit corresponds to one business card scan. Upload a card photo, and one credit is deducted when the AI extracts the contact data. Batch uploads deduct one credit per card processed.

What is the difference between Yearly, Monthly, and Credit Packs?

Yearly plans offer the best value for teams that attend multiple trade shows throughout the year. Monthly plans are better for flexible short-term use. Credit Packs are one-time purchases for occasional events and the credits never expire.

Do subscription credits expire?

Yes. Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle, and yearly plan credits expire at the end of the yearly billing cycle.

Do Credit Pack credits expire?

No. Credit Pack credits never expire, so you can use them for any event at any time.

Can I upgrade or change my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade or change your plan as your needs change. This makes it easy to start small and move to a larger plan before a big show.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yes. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date.

Which plan is best for me?

Yearly plans are best for sales teams attending multiple shows per year. Monthly plans work well for teams with one or two shows per season. Credit Packs are best for one-off events or trying the product before committing.

Do you offer a custom plan for large teams?

Yes. If you need higher credit volume, team-wide access, or dedicated support, contact us about an enterprise plan.

Is my payment information secure?

🔐 Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe Checkout with bank-level encryption and PCI DSS compliance. FollowUpExpo never stores your credit card details on our servers.

Can I get an invoice or receipt for my purchase?

Yes. Invoices are automatically generated after payment and sent to your registered email. If you need a custom invoice (company name, VAT, etc.), please contact us at [email protected].

Do you provide refunds?

Yes, but only for eligible cases based on our refund policy. If you think you were charged by mistake or had a billing issue, contact us at [email protected] and we'll review your case.
